Anxiety and OCD are two of my primary specialties.  For over 25 years, I have worked successfully with clients who suffer from anxiety or an obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Anxiety comes in many forms.  Some people feel chronic anxiety without knowing why. Others are anxious only in certain circumstances.  You may be a student with test-taking anxiety or fears about public speaking.  Or perhaps you have anxiety about performing on stage, as a musician, actor, or dancer.

I  also offer Obsessive Compulsive Disorder treatmentIf you engage in obsessional thinking or compulsive behavior, we can work together in psychotherapy to weaken the grip of these distressing symptoms.

Thoughts on medication~~ Although some of my clients combine psychotherapy with medication prescribed by a psychiatrist, many prefer to obtain relief without medication or have not found medication helpful. I respect each client's choice when I collaborate to create a treatment plan.
